OUTSOURCE has evolved in the past year adding social media as a recruiting tool, as well as, a new branding campaign introducing our acronym OCSI.co.   We believe OCSI.co represents our ability to transcend our services beyond the normal way of recruiting.    In addition, we are adding a new online learning community, “OCSI.co University”, which will debut in November of 2011. “OCSI.co University” will allow OUTSOURCE to invest in the skills and capabilities of our contractors and in-house employees. Select programs will also be offered as an online training solution for our clients and as free training to inner city residents near our employment sites.
